She was a manager with Trans Niugini Tours, Papua New Guinea's leading inbound tour operator and she served on the Executive Committee for the Mount Hagen Cultural Show.
Prior to living in Papua New Guinea, Mary Jane lived and worked in southern Belize. Her own homeland is Canada.
